Overview

MYGORP Supply is operated by MYGORP LLC. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, store, content, products, features, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform through which we offer products to you.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to the policies incorporated into them, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make a purchase through the Services. If you use an account or accelerated-checkout service, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when placing an order or otherwise using the Services.

2. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, specifications, images, availability, and pricing accurately. Screen settings, product revisions, manufacturer updates, and other factors may cause minor differences in appearance or packaging.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, measurements, specifications, compatibility information, and manufacturer instructions before purchase and use. Product availability and quantities may be limited, and we may discontinue a product at any time.

References to a manufacturer, brand, trademark, or product do not imply that MYGORP Supply is the manufacturer or that the manufacturer sponsors or endorses MYGORP Supply, except where expressly stated.

3. Orders, Payment, and Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Payment is collected or authorized at checkout. An automated order-confirmation message acknowledges that we received the order but does not constitute final acceptance.

We accept an order when it ships. Before shipment, we may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including an inventory or pricing error, an address or payment problem, suspected fraud, a legal or carrier restriction, or an inability to fulfill the order.

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within three business days. We do not intentionally accept backorders or preorders.

4. Prices, Taxes, and Charges

The price charged is the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of an evident error before shipment. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.

We may change prices, promotions, and product availability prospectively without notice. A price change does not alter the price of an order we have already accepted.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship only within the contiguous 48 United States. Shipping options, estimated delivery times, address requirements, charges, delays, lost-package procedures, and other delivery terms are explained in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

6. Returns, Refunds, Replacements, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, replacements, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms or our policies limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.

7. Business Purchases, Resale, and Wholesale Inquiries

Individuals and businesses may purchase products through the Services. Products purchased from us may be used for lawful domestic business purposes or resale, subject to applicable law and any valid product-specific restrictions disclosed before purchase.

Wholesale inquiries may be submitted through the wholesale-inquiry form on our website. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee approval, special pricing, product availability, credit, or any other wholesale terms.

Products purchased through the Services may not be exported or resold for export outside the United States without our prior written approval and compliance with applicable export-control, sanctions, product, and destination laws.

8. Privacy

Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Because Shopify hosts the Services and other providers support payments, fulfillment, analytics, advertising, and site functionality, information may also be processed by those providers as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content, design, text, graphics, logos, and other materials are owned by or licensed to MYGORP LLC, Shopify, manufacturers, or other respective rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the Services for lawful personal or internal business purposes. Unless permitted by law or authorized in writing by the applicable rights holder, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, publicly display, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from protected website content.

10. Reviews, Feedback, and Submissions

If you submit a review, suggestion, photograph, comment, or other content to us, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another person’s rights.

You grant MYGORP LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display the submission for operating, improving, and promoting the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy. We may moderate or remove submissions that violate these Terms or applicable law.

The Services may contain links to or functionality provided by third parties. We are not responsible for third-party websites, content, security, availability, products, or practices. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy.

Shopify provides the ecommerce platform but is not the seller of products purchased directly from MYGORP Supply.

12. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services:

  • For an unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or malicious purpose;
  • To violate applicable laws or another person's rights;
  • To transmit malware or interfere with the operation or security of the Services;
  • To gain unauthorized access to an account, system, or data;
  • To submit false information or impersonate another person or entity;
  • To collect personal information unlawfully; or
  • To engage in conduct that materially interferes with another person’s use of the Services.

We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable law have been violated.

13. Manufacturer Information and Warranties

Products may be subject to instructions, warnings, limitations, or warranties supplied by their manufacturers. Customers are responsible for following applicable manufacturer instructions and safety information.

Any manufacturer warranty is offered by the manufacturer under its own terms unless MYGORP Supply expressly states otherwise. MYGORP Supply does not guarantee that every product includes a manufacturer warranty.

Except for obligations expressly stated in our policies and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services and products are provided without additional warranties from MYGORP Supply, whether express or implied. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so this provision may not apply to you in full.

14. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors. Delivery estimates and website availability may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MYGORP LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services or products.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MYGORP LLC's aggregate liability arising from a transaction will not exceed the amount paid to MYGORP Supply for the product or order giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, and they do not alter the refund, replacement, or other obligations expressly stated in our policies.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless MYGORP LLC and its officers, employees, and service providers from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful use of the Services, your material breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

16. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, or created a security or legal risk. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

17. Governing Law

These Terms and disputes relating to them are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our Services, practices, or legal obligations. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Changes apply prospectively from the effective date unless applicable law requires otherwise.

19. Severability and Waiver

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between you and MYGORP LLC concerning the Services and supersede prior agreements concerning the same subject matter.
