MYGORP Supply is operated by MYGORP LLC. We ship orders to the address provided at checkout.

Order Processing and Shipping Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 4–10 business days after payment is received. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping times may vary depending on product availability, order size, carrier service, and delivery location. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before your order is placed. The shipping method and cost available for your order may vary based on the products ordered, package size, weight, and delivery address.

Product Availability

We make every effort to keep product availability accurate. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you with available options, which may include waiting for the item to become available, substituting the item if appropriate, removing the item from the order, or canceling the order for a refund.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we will contact you to determine whether the order should be reshipped or refunded. Additional shipping charges may apply if the order is reshipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing may be affected by carrier delays, weather, address issues, or other factors outside of our control. If your tracking information shows a delivery issue, please contact us and we will do our best to assist with the carrier investigation.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check with household members, neighbors, the carrier, and any secure delivery areas before contacting us.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing components, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
