Return and Refund Policy

We accept return requests within 7 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a buyer’s-remorse return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all included parts, manuals, accessories, and proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us through our Contact Us page. Please do not send items back without first requesting a return. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For buyer’s-remorse returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.

If the return is due to our error, a defective item, a damaged item, or an incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return label or another appropriate resolution.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing-item claims are handled separately from buyer’s-remorse returns. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing components so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including items that have been used, installed, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned without original packaging or included components.

We may also be unable to accept returns on special-order items, clearance items, or items marked as final sale, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund after it has been issued.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to contact us about the issue first. If a replacement is available and appropriate, we will provide instructions based on the specific situation.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed or shipped. If the order has already shipped, it may need to be handled as a return after delivery.
